Mr. Whyte has over 20 years of experience representing foreign and domestic corporations in a variety of matters involving business, commercial, construction and technology-related disputes and litigation in California State and Federal Court, and in the states of Colorado, Nevada, Virginia, and Texas. In addition, Mr. Whyte has related experience in trademark counseling, federal trademark registration, trademark licensing, and litigation.

- Successful representation of Taiwanese corporation in the United States Eastern District Court of Virginia resulting in dismissal of declaratory relief action regarding affiliate status of foreign corporation under third party patent license agreement.
- Recovery through prejudgment appointment of receivers in connection with lenders' recovery and sale of assets in excess of $8 million.
- Negotiated multi-million dollar patent license agreements on behalf of large Chinese manufacturer of consumer electronic products with various United States patent holders.
- Successful trial counsel representation of retail shopping center owner's claim of $500,000 in damages for breach of lease and recovery of damages and attorney's fees through fraudulent conveyance theory of liability.
- Successful trial counsel representation of retail shopping center owner against commercial tenant resulting in: $500,000 judgment for breach of lease and fraudulent conveyance of assets to avoid liability, and an additional recovery of attorneys' fees as an item of damages pursuant to the Tort of Another Doctrine.
